Program overview
The Hospitality Business Leadership (HBL) is a full-time program that prepares students for careers with the world’s leading hospitality brands. Delivered across Mumbai and Bulle (Switzerland), the program blends rigorous academics with practical experience and international exposure.
Students begin at SP Jain Global in Mumbai, building a strong foundation in business strategy, operations, and people management, with an emphasis on luxury hospitality and global service standards.
They then continue (via credit transfer) at the Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland — one of the world’s top-ranked hospitality schools — gaining deeper insights into European hospitality under the guidance of global faculty.
The journey concludes with a six-month paid internship and a research project, giving students real-world experience before graduating with a master’s degree from Glion.
Note: Progression to the Glion Institute of Higher Education is through a credit transfer process and is subject to approval by Glion.

Upon successful completion, you will receive a Certificate of Completion from SP Jain Global and will have the option to apply* (via credit transfer) in the Master of Science in Hospitality Business Leadership program offered by Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland for a duration of 5 months.

The Master in Global Luxury Goods & Services Management (MGLuxM) is a 6-month certificate program designed to cultivate expert managers in the global luxury industry. Developed by SP Jain School of Global Management, this program offers a comprehensive understanding of the luxury business, focusing on the application of marketing, sales, and retail concepts, particularly in rapidly emerging markets like India.
Upon successful completion, you will receive a Certificate of Completion from SP Jain and have the option to apply* (via credit transfer) for six months into the Master in Global Luxury Goods & Services Management program offered by POLIMI Graduate School of Management in Milan.

You have the option to start your studies at our Dubai campus or online and continue Semester 2 at our Mumbai or Singapore campus in line with our on-campus model.
Earn transferrable credits
SP Jain credits are accepted at most American/UK/European/Australian universities (depending on the university and the program you are enrolled in). If you are enrolled in a university in USA/UK/Europe and would want to avoid the risk of travelling there now, you can transfer into SP Jain to study closer to your home with an option to return to your university later.
