 Ayesha Kadri (MGLuxM 2025), Executive - Strategy & New Business at Nilaya Anthology, shares how her journey unfolded, from understanding a new academic style and working through group projects, to slowly getting comfortable with the pace of life in Milan.

The Global Luxury Goods & Services Management (MGLuxM) is a full-time program delivered across two leading global cities: Mumbai and Milan.

Students begin their journey at SP Jain Global in Mumbai, building a strong foundation in luxury marketing, retail, and consumer behaviour with a focus on emerging markets.

The program then continues (via credit transfer) at POLIMI Graduate School of Management in Milan, a global hub for fashion and luxury, where students gain exposure to European brands, global trends, and industry networks.

On successful completion, students earn a master’s degree from POLIMI Graduate School of Management, a Triple Crown accredited institution with top international rankings.

POLIMI GSoM previously known as MIP Politecnico di Milano, has evolved over 40 years to become a leading institution in management education in Italy and globally. With a diverse offering of over 40 Masters programs, including seven distinct MBA and Executive MBA formats, and more than 300 programs for various professionals, Polimi GSoM stands out for its excellence in education, strong industry connections, international rankings, and prestigious "Triple Crown" accreditation.
