Post my marriage, my biggest strength comes from my husband, Ronak Shah, who has stood by me at every step we have taken to get Just In Time to where it is today.

This equipped me with advanced tools for modernising operations while preserving our heritage. As a result, I entered the family business with a clear sense of how to navigate India's retail landscape and our pan-India expansion.
