(HBL) Program
Master the business of hospitality – in India and Switzerland
The Hospitality Business Leadership (HBL) is a full-time certificate pathway program designed for students who want to build careers with the world’s leading hospitality and luxury brands. Delivered across two of the world's most distinctive cities—Mumbai and Bulle, Switzerland—it combines serious business training with genuine immersion in the international luxury industry.
You begin at SP Jain Global in Mumbai, where you develop core capabilities in business strategy, operations, and people management, with a clear focus on luxury, service excellence, and international standards.
Subject to meeting academic requirements and approval through Glion’s credit transfer process, you may advance to the Master of Science in Hospitality Business Leadership program at Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland, one of the world’s leading hospitality schools. Here, you gain deeper insights into European hospitality practices, learning from global faculty and immersing yourself in a truly international environment.
The program culminates in a six-month paid internship or a business research project, giving you valuable, real-world industry experience before graduation.

The HBL pathway delivered at SP Jain Global leads to a certificate and is not accredited under the Australian Qualifications Framework and is not recognized by AICTE or any other regulatory body in India.
