YOUR-PATHWAY-TO-LEADERSHIP

Master the business of hospitality – in India and Switzerland

The Hospitality Business Leadership (HBL) is a full-time program that prepares students for careers with the world’s leading hospitality brands. Delivered across Mumbai and Bulle (Switzerland), the program blends rigorous academics with practical experience and international exposure.

Students begin at SP Jain Global in Mumbai, building a strong foundation in business strategy, operations, and people management, with an emphasis on luxury hospitality and global service standards.

They then continue (via credit transfer) at the Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland — one of the world’s top-ranked hospitality schools — gaining deeper insights into European hospitality under the guidance of global faculty.

The journey concludes with a six-month paid internship and a research project, giving students real-world experience before graduating with a Master’s degree from Glion.

Notes:

Progression to the Glion Institute of Higher Education is through a credit transfer process and is subject to approval by Glion. Please note that the HBL program is not accredited under the Australian Qualifications Framework and is not recognized by AICTE or any other regulatory body in India.
