MASTER THE BUSINESS OF hospitality – IN MUMBAI AND switzerland

The Hospitality Business Leadership (HBL) is a full-time certificate pathway designed for students aspiring to leadership roles in the world’s most prestigious hospitality and luxury companies.

Delivered in Mumbai at SP Jain Global, the program leads to a certificate and offers a progression opportunity to the Master of Science in Hospitality Business Leadership at Glion Institute of Higher Education in Bulle, Switzerland.

The program combines serious business training with genuine immersion in the international luxury industry, preparing you to lead at the level these companies actually demand.

Notes:

Progression to the Glion Institute of Higher Education is through a credit transfer process and is subject to approval by Glion. The HBL pathway delivered at SP Jain Global leads to a certificate and is not accredited under the Australian Qualifications Framework and is not recognized by AICTE or any other regulatory body in India.

You can pursue leadership roles across luxury resorts, hotels, global hospitality brands, airlines, cruise lines, event firms, real estate, luxury labels, and the broader service industry.

The HBL program combines theoretical learning with practical exposure. It includes classroom instruction, case studies, and practical assignments. Students get the chance to participate in a business field trip to a heritage Indian city and can undertake a business research project or internship.

After successfully completing the 5-month Hospitality Business Leadership (HBL) program at SP Jain, students can transfer credits to the Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland. The credit transfer allows students to enroll in a 5-month advanced master’s program at Glion. A verification process is conducted by Glion before admission.

Yes, the program offers significant hands-on experience. While studying at SP Jain Mumbai, students get the opportunity to engage in a business field trip to premium hospitality establishments. After completing the program at Glion, students can undertake a 6-month professional internship.

The program prepares you to manage diverse teams by focusing on soft skills, cultural intelligence, and leadership abilities. You will learn to oversee operations in international hotels, implement strategic decisions, and manage multicultural teams effectively, achieving excellence in customer service and operational efficiency.
