The panel included esteemed personalities like Mr Salil Desai - Director of Talent & Culture at Sofitel Hotels & Resorts, and Mr Heeshal Datwaani - Manager of Learning and Development at Grand Hyatt, Mumbai.
Moderated by Smita Jain (Director - Global Luxury Goods & Services Management (MGLuxM) program and Hospitality Business Leadership (HBL) program), the discussion delved into topics ranging from emerging trends to the transformative potential of artificial intelligence. Ms Jain also provided a comprehensive overview of the industry's challenges and opportunities.
